I have always enjoyed drawing and painting and creating with my own hands.
Unfortunately, I did not feel I had time for it when life with children and dogs and work etc. was necessary. Sometimes, however, things happen in life that make one think and re-evaluate what is important. For me, it was a sick leave due to stress and exhaustion that made me pick up drawing pads and crayons again. Now I work at the hospital in the mornings, and I spend the afternoons in the studio, as much as I can.
I started by drawing mainly airedale terriers, since it is the breed I live with, and then I expanded with more breeds and animal species, such as cats, horses and rabbits. For a few years, I have also been painting with water-soluble oil paint, mostly motifs from the Swedish nature.

My goal is to make portraits where your beloved pet looks alive and that the portrait reflects its soul and personality. I want you to get the feeling that it lives on through the drawing for many, many years even after it has left us and crossed the rainbow bridge. That way, it can help you remember all your fun memories and happy moments together.
I draw from photos, and the better the quality of the photo, the easier it is to get a good and detailed portrait.
I accept orders for original drawings of dogs and cats and other animals through e-mail. You can buy 4-sided cards with envelopes and prints in A4 format with various animal motifs via the online shop. In my studio there are both prints and original works for sale.

Price for original portrait drawing:
A4-size: SEK 3,000
A3-size: SEK 4,000
A2-size: SEK 6,000
For more individuals, or with a background, an additional SEK 1,000 will be added.

The sizes are approximate, as I cut the paper to fit the motif.
By sending a photo, you give me the right to use it, so keep in mind that you have permission from the photographer. I draw with pastel pencils and crayons as well as pan pastel, and a portrait takes from 15 hours or more to complete. When the portrait is finished, I send a photo of the drawing, and after payment, I send the original drawing as a registered letter. Postage within Sweden is included in the price. If you are not happy with the portrait, I will keep it with full copyright.
